Refuse the item and notate on the paperwork that your order was damaged and hand the paperwork back to the driver.
Accept the item, and take close-up shots of the defective furniture and email them back to us at email@example.com
. (Just please don’t confuse them with the other
bedroom furniture shots you have on your computer.) We’ll take a look and determine if we need to send a replacement piece or issue a full refund.
