The rattan is protected from a top- coat so it won't absorb the liquid. For PU rattan seat tops: Wipe spills with a soft damp cloth or with a mild soap and water solution. Avoid use of cleaners and abrasives. Rattan is naturally heat resistant to sunlight and humidity but is recommended for indoor use.
