This King size upholstered platform bed offers a tall headboard that measures over 53 in. tall and side rails and foot rails are padded and finished the same material as the headboard. In addition the rails are made with Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) which has shown incredible strength and stability and we had the rails cut using a CNC machine which cuts and puts the pieces together like a puzzle, all of this is done to maximize the strength and stability of the bed. Then just to put the final touches on this bed we used CertiPUR-US-Certified foam which is the most rigorous certified foam in the industry and means that there are no ozone depleaters, no mercury, lead, other heavy medals and there is no formaldehyde in the foam.
